Our Policies.

Appointments

The studio is by appointment only. We do not take walk in customers. A non-refundable retainer is required to book any appointment at Evolve Permanent Makeup. (prices vary based on service) The retainer fee is applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.


Payments

All non-refundable retainers and deposits must be placed upon booking. A card on file is required when scheduling an appointment.

At the time of service, cash is the preferred method of payment. Credit and debit transactions will incur a 4% service charge. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. All services and fees are non refundable.

If you pre-paid your service total upon booking, it is transferable in the event of a reschedule for up to 3 months.

Retainers/Deposits are transferrable for ONE reschedule within 3 months of the original appointment date. Additional reschedules outside of this time frame will be subject to placing a new deposit to book.


Rescheduling and cancellations

The non-refundable retainer is to be paid at time of booking. 

If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so up to 72 hours prior to your appointment time. For initial PMU appointments, the retainer fee will be transferable for ONE reschedule within 3 months of the original appointment date. 

If you need to reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment, you will forfeit the retainer and be required to pay another to schedule. 

DAY OF CANCELLATIONS or reschedules (within 24 hours of your appointment time) will be charged 100% of the remaining service total. 

If you NO CALL/NO SHOW for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the remaining total for your service. 

If you have not followed pre-care for your appointment, show up with a child, or show up more than 10 minutes late, or violate any other policy where I cannot provide the service and have to send you home, you will be treated as day of cancellation; you will forfeit your initial retainer fee and be charged 100% of the service total. 

Retainer will be forfeited in the event of cancellation, regardless of timeframe. 


Lateness

If you are more than 10 minutes late to a scheduled appointment, you will be asked to reschedule and treated as a 24 hour reschedule and charged 100% of the remaining total. 


Guests and children

We are regulated as a tattoo parlor, meaning no children under 18 years of age are permitted inside the studio. I do not have the space for guests in my studio. Please plan on coming to your appointment alone. 


After hours appointments

If you need an after hours appointment, please contact me directly to discuss at info@evolvepmuindy.com. *An additional fee will apply. 

Touch ups

All permanent makeup services require a touch up. You will receive a link to book your touch up within 24 hours of the initial appointment.  The cost of a touch up appointment is $150 within 10-14 weeks. If you are unable to receive a touch-up within 14 weeks of your initial appointment, you will be subject to an additional $50 fee for touch ups scheduled up to 6 months. Anything outside of 6 months will be considered a color boost and charged accordingly. After 12 months, clients that forgo their touch up appointments, will be considered new clients rather than color boosts.

  • Touch Up 10-14 weeks: $150

  • Touch Up 15-24 weeks: $200

  • Touch Up 6-12 Months: $375

  • After 1 year: New Client Pricing

All follow up appointments are subject to the same policies regarding pre-care, reschedules, cancellations, lateness, etc. 

If you schedule before 10 weeks, your appointment will automatically be moved to 10+ weeks. If you book the incorrect time frame, your appointment will be adjusted and you'll be charged accordingly. 


Color boosts

Color Boosts are recommended between 1-3 years of your last service. The existing ink needs to be AT LEAST 50% faded before scheduling a color boost appointment. Anything booked outside of a 3 year period may be subject to an additional fee.

Limitations

Permanent makeup procedures will not be performed on anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding. You must be over 18 years old. Certain conditions may require a doctors note or disqualify you entierly (e.g diabetes, blood conditions, etc.). You can review more detailed information about the limitations here. All services and retainers are non-refundable.
